Something cute and free from Kiwi Crate is their printable desk calendar that you can download, print and cut along the dotted lines and then have your kid{s} color the illustrations each month. You can even turn an old plastic CD case into a holder for the calendar. Simply visit their site, then click on "DIY Ideas", then "Free Printables" in the left column.
